Having grown from a small family company, to now having 200 staff located at facilities and sites across the region, we strive to maintain the “family company” ethos, to recruit staff with a “can do” mentality and to maintain an enjoyable work environment whilst always endeavouring to provide a superior service for our clients. We support and encourage our staff, and expect them to do likewise to others, whilst understanding the need to meet, and surpass, the client requirements.

It is for that reason that we currently have 57 staff with service exceeding 10 years, which we take great pride in.
