Pat Munro scoops Herald Family Business Award

Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd one of the largest, privately owned multi-disciplined contractors in the Highlands won the award for Large Rural Family Business at The Herald Family Business Awards in a glittering ceremony at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow last night.
More than 300 guests attended the event, which was held in Association with Business Gateway.
This was the first time the company, which was set up in 1945, had entered the awards and judges were impressed with its diversity of service offering and successful growth in recent years as well as its staff focus and development.
