To celebrate Earth Day 2017 on 22nd April, an annual event to protect the environment and tackle climate change, Pat Munro Waste is encouraging businesses to reduce waste and recycle more.
Every business is required to prove that they are disposing of their waste correctly and recycling at work is actually easier than you think and could save you money as well as help to protect the environment.
The key is identifying what to recycle –identifying the key materials that are thrown away by looking in refuse bins at different locations around your premises. Business rates do not cover waste and recycling services and the cost of the service depends on a number of factors, including how much recycling you are producing, where your business is located and what materials you want to recycle.
