The Archie Foundation & Highland Hospice both receive generous donations from The Pat Munro Foundatio

The Pat Munro Foundation recently donated £1,000 to the Highland Hospice and £2,000 to The Archie Foundation. A further £900 was also handed over to Highland Hospice to support their annual Kingsmills Golf Day & Dinner fundraiser to be held on 23rd September. The money will go towards supporting the amazing work both organisations do across the North of Scotland.
Viga Mackay, Office Manager at Pat Munro’s Inverness office was delighted to welcome representatives from both charities to personally hand over the cheques.
Donald Munro, Projects Co-ordinator at The Archie Foundation said,
We would like to say a huge thank you to The Pat Munro Foundation for your generous donation to The Archie Foundation. It will make a real difference to the patients, parents and staff at the Highland Children’s Unit.
Karen Duff, Corporate Fundraiser at the Highland Hospice also commented,
We’re delighted to have received this very generous donation from The Pat Munro Foundation, they do fantastic work in the local area and we can’t thank them enough. Their support is hugely appreciated and will help us deliver hospice care across the Highlands.
The Pat Munro Foundation was established in 2018 and provides support to a variety of worthy causes across the area including charities, community groups and other disadvantaged or social enterprise entities. It’s run by staff from Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd and The Pat Munro Foundation and members of “Team Pat Munro” organise and take part in several events throughout the year to raise money, with match funding provided by the company.
