Artic HGV Class 1 Driver

Principal Job Responsibilities
To drive a HGV vehicle (primarily low loader and bulk tippers) to customers on time providing excellent customer service. - your duties will include:
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Effectively carry out material delivery activities and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Completion of all necessary paperwork daily & weekly
- Report any vehicle defects
- Adhering to all health & safety requirements
You will also be expected to ensure that all operations are carried out in line with UK and EU laws and regulations. These govern vehicle safety, driver hours, and customers requirements.

Applicant Qualities
The successful applicant will have the following skills, qualities & experience: -
- Full HGV (Class 1) licence essential with no more than 3 penalty points and no DR or TT points in the last five years.
- Experience of driving Low Loaders/Artic Tippers/Walking Floors & Powder Artic’s preferrable
- Driver Qualification Card
- Digital Tacograph Card
- Flexible approach to work as driving different types of vehicle/delivering a variety of materials will be expected.
